If the iPad 2 rumors were correct and it will have double the resolution of the current model (i.e. 2048x1536) this is what the simulator would look like running at 100% on a 27” Apple display. The maximum resolution of any Apple display currently for sale is 2560x1440. Including the bezel, the simulator would overrun the screen in horizontal mode by 180 pixels. In portrait it would be 692 pixels overrun.
